Non Settlement of Mediclaim
I have already forwarded all the relevant documents to ICICI Lombard Health Insurance against Group Mediclaim Insurance , forwarded by My Principal Company M/s Om Logistics Limited but till date my claim has not been cleared , I Have enquired with their executive and found the still deficiecy shows that 1 Priscription supporting not sent to them 2 Why claim file submitted late

I have already forwarded the Prisciption details in the month of Dec only , and reason of Late submission also forwareded to them but still there is no response from their end. I have also given details to Mr. Vivek over mail on email - [email protected]

Policy not received
I have taken policy in the month of April 2007 still have not got the car policy... i only have cover note. Really bad service.

Insurance not received
I applied for ICICI Lombard Bike insurance on 21st August 2007 from Bangalore. But till date (26 -sep -2007). I am struggling to get my insurance. I have escalated the issue to 3 levels but no response from ICICI Lombard. I feel they only cheat people. One of their executive told that she could not locate the ICICI Lombard Banch from where I purchased policy. I do not understand is there someone operating illegally with ICICI Lombard name, or they do not have the data for its Branches. If some responsible executive ICICI Lombard checks these complaints then please do something for the stated issue.

Poor service!
I got my Vehicle insurance policy renewed from ICICI Lombard. Before renewal of policy service agent Mr. T. Prashanth Goud Contacted me for renewal of policy. He is working under Mr. Kumarswamy Reddy,

I was promised to get two Service coupons (worth rs 500 each) if i get renewal of my policy with ICICI Lombard. On asking for the reason for this offer, i was told this is to retain old customers. I agreed to renew my policy.

Mr. Prashanth did regular follow up till i issued checque on 18th Aug 2007 for renewal of policy, and assured me that i will get Cover note along with 2 service coupons. But after that day sad part of the story started,

> I got cover note on 31st aug, after long delay, nobody was bothered to inform me about delay.
> I had to call repeatedly to these people to know the status of the policy whether it is issued or not.
> I did not receive service coupons till 8th Sep, which i was suppose to get by 25th aug.
> Finally Mr. Prashanth dropped service coupons at my flat that too Of Tata Motors Workshop (inspite of being told clearly that i own Maruti Swift). In Policy its clearly mentioned that i own Maruti Swift.

The pathetic after sales service has forced me to write down this whole story, and the worst part is:

> Now Mr. Prashanth is not answering my call.
> Mr. Kumarswamy is giving only assurances, whenever i call him up. Every time i get assurance that he will call back but i have to call him up.
> Today is 17th september, its already 30 days, and till now my case is not closed.

After this incident not feeling to get any product from ICICI now onwards, will not even recommend to others. At the end, "It takes months to find a Customer... Seconds to loose one."

Poor service!
I am a software engineer and working for Samsung company based in Noida (NCR region) and each year all employees have been given Mediclaim policy for all.So for the period 01-Jan-2006 to 31-Dec-2006 our company has tied up with Raksha TPA Pvt Ltd, under the terms that if any employee who will be admitted in the hospital for at least 24 hrs can claim the money from the insurance company.

Now this happens on 21st Oct-2006 (Diwali eve) that I was accidentally got burnt (1/2 degree) on my right hand side and i was in the hospital till 02nd nov-2007. When I was in the hospital I contacted my company HR people for the cashless treatment and they have given me the contact number of the concerned person Mr. Deepanshu (9810924486) who is the representative of the insurance company Raksha TPA Pvt Ltd.When I spoke to Deepanshu during my 3-4 day in the hospital then he said you please fax us the estimation cost and we will approve it. I did the same but didn't get any response. When I again called him he said there is some problem in the approval, you do one thing make the payment by yourself and later claim it after you get discharged from the hospital.When I discharge from the hospital I submitted my all the bills in original to my company which in turn forward the papers to the insurance company in January, 2007.

In march 2007 I got a query letter saying I didnot submitted some documents and insurance company need those ones. Again I tool all the documents from the hospital and couriered them on 15th March which has been received on 16th march 2007 (please attach the proof for same). After 2-3 weeks when I inquired about my status then they said they haven't received my papers/reply. I again send them the same papers. Now when I inquired again about my status in July 2007 they said they haven't received my papers.
I think they are unnecessary creating the delay and don't want to reimburse my money.

But all are in VAIN...

Policy documents not yet received!
I was called by ICICI LOMBARD Insurance company Bangalore along with my family and they said you have selected for free insurance of 1 lakh by luckey dip through AIR TEL life time pre-paid service bearing no: 9901642638. They made all inquires and offered me some insurance to buy. I was not interest on this.
Then they given me a policy paper and also infirmed" you will get the original paper by courier." Almost 60 days over not yet received any thing so for. Very poor service!

Poor customer service
On 2nd April, 2007 I applied for a 10K tax saver health plan (Policy No: W-013316) for my Parents using the online facility at www.icicilombard.com. I stay in Bangalore and my parents are near to Warangal-Andhra Pradesh. As my father's age is above 45 he has to undergo a medical test to get enrolled in the policy. The website states that within two day's from the receipt of the premium my parents will get a call for the medical test, though it is 27th April today (25 days since i applied for the policy and paid the premium) my parents have not received any call for the medical test.

I have sent numerous mails and have also called them 6 times, they seem to have no clue about the medical test. They were not even able to confirm when they will be calling my parents.

I feel that I have taken a wrong decision in applying for a policy from ICICI Lombard.

Customer cheating
I am registering this complaint out here for ICICI lombard. I met with an accident on 15 feb round about at 01:15 hr. I called these guys and my claim ID is 289750. My car was in swastik motors, Indirapuram, owner - Mahesh Gaur. The total damage bill was for about 35000 which mahesh gaur provided to ICICI lombard. After following up with these guys they have given me a cheque of 25,300 which doesn't make sense to me. I agree that there is 50% deduction on plastic & glass material and 5% depreciation on metallic parts even after calculating it they have provided me approx 6000 less. Beware ICICI Lombard, they are cheating customers.

Withdrawal of ICICI Lombard Loan Care Insurance Policy
I had foreclosed my ICICI Home loan LBTRI00001165829 and LBTRI00000650151 and I had given an application to cancel the ICICI Lombard Loan Care Insurance Policy, attached to the same, on 25th August 2006. The premium charged on this policy was Rs. 30105. I have received a payment of only Rs.1887.00, for the cancellation of the policy and I believe that, this amount is calculated based on only the top-up Loan - LBTRI0000116582. I request you make the necessary arrangements for cancellation of the Policy attached to the Base Loan - LBTRI00000650151. I have already given the proof of the foreclosure of both these loan.

I believe that arrangements will be made at the earliest. This issue is pending for the past 8 months.
I have been calling the concerned person in the ICIC Lombard office at Trichy, and I have not got any solution for the issue till now. Very poor service!
