MONEY STRUCKED WITH ICICI
Hi Sir, I have sent money to ICICI through Money2inida. From forex bank i have deposited the amount to nordea bank (ICICI account number) by cash. Forex bank people missed tracking reference number. After that i sent all deposit slips and my details to ICICI bank. Forex bank people also sent mail to ICICI bank, this money deposted by this person only and they send some other scanned copies (Deposit slip, ref number) and trakcing reference number to ICICI. Even icici people are not accepting to transfer the money further . but icici confirmed we got money without trakcing reference.
If icici will return money that also not useful to me, because i have deposited by cash, forex not received that amount from nordea bank (nordea bank people confirmed, we are not return money to forex and we are not give money to person also)
Kinldy help if any one knows any managers in icici bank or help me how can i get money. Thanks...

Money has not been credited to the receipient bank even after 9th working day!!!
Even im also a victim of the great money2india servcie.

I have been using ICICI money2India for 4/5 years and i trasferred some amount 2 weeks back and the request statsus is still "Request Received".when i wrote a amil to them they asked to send screen-shots and blah blan..i provided all the evidences what they asked and after that there is no mail from them..after sending out many reminder mails they dont even care to drop a single line mail stating what is going on.
Its really frustating..atleast they should care for their long-run exiting customers..if anyone has any info on how to escalate the issue to their higher management please let me know.

Sujata.

Money not credited
I did a Power transfer of 2000 CHF (approx INR 1 lac) through money2india. the money was debited from my bank acocunt in Switzerland (UBS) but not credited to my bank acocunt in India. On calling up their customer service umpteen no. of times and sending emails with proof of teh transaction, they claim that they are unable to trace the funds. Whom do I contact. My 2000 CHF have been wiped off. The customer service supervisor in India Aprana, Mohd Umar, PRashant and Vipin Kumar, none are of any help. In afct they ahve been very rude and uncoperative in this manner. Kidnly help at the earliest. If te amount cannot be trasnferred to India, can it be atleast credited back to my Swiss bank account.

Bad customer service/ Broken website
ICICI's money2India website is not working properly. I have sent emails to them again and again. They give the same standard response and have not taken any action. Every time I log in with legitimate user ID and password, it asks me to change password and after that when I log in with the new password, it says "password incorrect". They are also asking me to delete all cookies and temporary files and then wait 10 minutes for changes to occur! Where do you want 10 minutes for this change? There is something wrong with this website and this bank is hiding it.

Before this problem, whenever I logged in, it asked me to update personal profile details and then it would log me out asking me to login again. Then when I logged in, I would get the same thing - update personal profile!

Faking customer by fake offer
ICICI Money2INDIA has an offer going on where you transfer more than some amount of dollars to INDIA then you will get Calling card to INDIA for 10 days.
I transferred (1100 Dollars) more than required amount, i dint get any card after some days, then i called their customer care number 18664242448, they asked me to write the mail regarding this to the email id [email protected]. I mailed at the same address, i got the following response from them :-

Dear Mr. Madan,

Inform us if your contact details have changed.

As said in the mail that i will get card within 15 days, that means around19 march but today is 25th march and still i dint get any card. I sent them reminder on this mail on 20 march, 22 march and final reminder mail with warning that i will post complaint if not responded on 23 rd march, but still i dint get any response.

They are making people fool and trying to increase their business by false means, i am transferring funds through other sites also but as they was giving the offer i transferred using ICICI m2 india site, but that offer was not provided. i transferred the money 2 times 1100 dollars

So i will suggest not to transfer the funds by ICICI Money2INDIA as they are using false means

Missing Money
ICICI is the least trustworthy bank I have encountered in all my experience with banks. This is regarding a transaction for $3000 initiated on Jan-12. Here is the chronology of the transaction:

Jan 12: Transaction initiated

Jan 19: Money debited form my account

Feb 1: I call in and raise a service request and am supposed to hear back before 48 hours.

Feb 3: No response from ICICI team, so I call back.

The service representative tells me that a response has been sent (I have not received anything), and that I might not have received it because something might be wrong with gmail.com. Seriously? What a complete moron - I explain to him I have received more than 50 emails over the last 2 days, and this is the ONLY email that I have not received - Why? After that, I explain my problem. "Money has been debited from my account, but not been dispatched - why?" He says, draft has been dispatched and received. When I ask for the name of the person who signed for it, he gives me the name of someone I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. The beneficiary of the DD and the DD recipient are the same. How the heck can ICICI allow someone else to sign for it? I then say that the status on the website says something else (money received). A previous transaction I had executed successfully (where the money actually reached) showed a status of "Draft Dispatched" and gave me details of the courier, DD number etc. But this does not have anything - why? This is what the customer rep says - "the website has changed now sir". I can't believe that ICICI is this lax and irresponsible with such important transactions. So I raise a complaint request (again), verify that it has been raised with the representative and then hang up.

Feb 3 (10 mins later): I realize that ICICI can't be trusted, and call back to get the SR for this request.

When I ask the customer rep for my new service request, she said that I have not raised any! According to her, the last time I have called is on Feb-1, two days ago! This is absolutely unacceptable. It is one thing if ICICI makes a mistake on the transaction. But it is completely something else to blatantly lie to the customer. So either this rep, or the one that I spoke to before, lied to my face. This time I raised another SR (SR165917141) and hung up. This is the last time I will use this process. Next time I will pursue "other options"

ICICI representative, if you are monitoring this website, read this: For providing deficient service, you have CIVIL liability to me to fix the issue. But when an employee of your company willfuly lies and misrepresents facts, I can press CRIMINAL (tort) charges against you. And mark my words - I have succesfully won against your company previously in the courts, and I am very well prepared to do it again. Give me my money back.

Other readers: Do not trust ICICI with your money. Other banks (HDFC, ING Vysya, etc.) are far more reliable. Even if something does go wrong, they fix it, instead of trying to dodge the issue. ICICI is worthless. And unless they do something drastic to change my opinion, it will stay that way.

Issue with ICICI Money2India Remittance service
I made a Money Remittance to India (Power transfer) using Money2India last week (First working day i.e Monday). Money was supposed to be in beneficiary’s account by Friday for sure (that is what they claim). For first few days’ customer services in UK have a set answer for the status of the transaction "It takes 2-4 working days to transfer money in beneficiary’s bank account".

Now as those 2-4 working days are past and still my money hasn't reached in beneficiary’s bank account and it’s a shame to hear from UK customer services that even they cannot track the transaction. No status update is available on the website as well.

No phone number to contact anybody... gave me an email id... God knows when they will reply me back.

I am totally disappointed with this type of services of ICICI Bank.
Will never ever use this service again and will never recommend anybody to use it as well.
