Very Bad Experience with ICICI Bank November 18, 2009
Account Opening/ Bab Bab Experience
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Rohan Thakur & my company account in your IMT Manesar Branch, Actualy the Issue is that we have submit some salery opening account document in IMT Manesar branch since 21st August 2009, after that there is some issue comes & we had resubmit the documents again on 9th September 2009 but today is 17th November 2009 no boudy didn't gives us satisfactory answer. I am regularly follwup with your branch person (Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Mr. Jitender& Mr, Manjeet) but they cant help it out. Today I have recived a mail your side that (We will let you know the status within 7 working days) what is mean of that If you are not able to open our A/c so please tell us then we will try some other sources but atlist reply. I really was expecting good service from you people but got very bad experience. My 12 digit A/c No. 035801514644 & Cust. ID 520427106. We are very helpless from your side so please help us & resoulve this issue ASAP. Wating your reply.

Harassment by bank employees of ICICI
I have been receiving numerous calls from the nos. 02240361400 from the past 8 months .These calls come after every 15 to 20 days where the bank employees ask for some [Gautam Gaikwad] who has taken a car loan and is yet to repay it. And my no. has been given. This is a total fraud. The person who has been granted the loan has given a fake no and i fail to understand so as to how the employees of ICICI haven`t made any cross checks before granting the loan to the person.This is totally un-professional and intolerable. Let me make it clear that even after repeatedly telling them that they are calling up on the wrong no. no sort of action has been taken by them and they continue to harass us with those calls. Please look into the issue and please i repeat please try and resolve this issues asap and save us any kind of further harassment.

Providing fake information and sold thier policy
Last year augest, i got a call from prudential executive tele caller and told me we are providing the Icici prudential insurance as a offer of credit card. And also he has mentioned, no need to pay for this policies and we have just hold the amount from the credit limit. But without my knowledge they have debit the amount 6, 500 from my credit card account. I was not aware of that because i have not use that credit card and afetr some time i got one SMS from ICICI "Your credit card has blocked". But now i ahve come to known my outstanding amount is increased upto 17, 500 today. How i should to responsible. Its a fault from the Prudential telecaller. He was providing fake information to sold thier products. So ihave contaced the customer care (Both Credit card team and Prudential team), . They are not reponding properly. I have suggested to both the team involve directly and resolve this issue. Also i have issued the cancellation letter for the policy to the prudential team. I will not responsible for the outstanding amount. So cancel my credit card completly and cancel the outstanding amount.

debit card
dear sir i m having student account with icici bank vashi branch acc no 015101024041 since 2003.
Recently while doing some transaction thru net banking a request went for new debit cardwith grid (i dont know how?) free of charge. Thinking that its ok, i didnt take any step.Now when after around 3 months when i didnt get the new one and old one also stopped working i asked customer care. Their reply is quite disgusting as they are saying that it was sent by OVERNITE XPRESS and your address was out of coveragre so we destroyed it and you want again apply for a new one and rs 300 will be charged .
Surprisingly they have one branch of icici bank in the same town whom they are saying out of reach and is it my mistake if they are unable to deliver? atleast they should inform me or at leat send me an email?

it is your resposibility to deliver any paper/ card to the mentioned address not just if it is returned by some courier service then destroy it and even dont inform customer and sit nicely.it cud have been sent by speed post also.Or at least u cud have bothered to inform me by sending one normal email.

i think any address within india is accessable by you and no where in your terms and conditions it is mentioned that it has to be sent only by OVERNITE EXPRESS .What type of customer friendly attitude you are showing that is beyond my thoughts.


If possible activate my previous debit card, i am quite happy with that and yes i m not asking you to provide me grid no, i have this much basic sense that it is not safe to provide grid thru mail.


Why should i pay for any new debit card when the last one was not delivered only to me?? i neither destroyod it nor returned it, it is your headache to get it delivered in any mentioned address or update your bank terms and conditions that it only covers regions which are covered by OVERNITE EXPRESS .


See Mr. customer care officer, i know tactics used by ur good bank to raise charges on every small and big issues like not sending card then saying out of delivery area.FATEHPUR has one icici branch i hope your courier service is reaching there otherwise god knows how do u running that bank??


I want either my previous card activated or send me another free of charge other wise i am bound to visit RBI and /or consumer court coz i can not accept such silly reasons of OVERNITE EXPRESS.

BLUE DART MAN IS NOT COMING FOR DELIVERY OF BILL
ONE BLUE DART PERSON WHO USED BRING IN ICICI BILLS BY COURIER FROM BLUE DART IS HIDING FROM ME AS HE HAS BEEN BRIBED BY SOMEONE WHOSE DRIVING MOTOR LICENSE HAS BEEN DELIVERED BY HIM ON SOME CONSIDERATION OF MONETARY GAIN FROM MR NAUSHAD KHAN.

NAUSHAD KHAN IS USING MY ADDRESS FOR HIS DRIVING LICENSE. IT IS CLEAR FORGERY UBDER IPC 463 TO 465 BY THE NAUSHAD KHAN AS WELL AS THE COURIER MAN FROM BLUE DART HAS TAKEN MONEY AND IS NOT COMING TO MY ADDRESS TO DELIVER MY CREDIT CARD BILL DATED THE 3.8.2009

IT IS VERY SERIOUS OFFENCE ON THE PART OF BANK.


PLEASE HELP ME IN CATCHING THE CULPRIT MR COURIER PERSON

Credit card payments
I am Karthikeyan.D existing customer for ICICI bank,

Yesterday afternoon i had received a call from India number, I attended the call the called said that myself Mr.Surendar Wrati calling from delhi rohini police station. Saying that i was been searching for past three months that I had been issued for arrest warrant.
I replied why?, Then he said he can't disclose the details and given another mobile number and asked me to contact MR.Rajiv Malhotra he is my legal lawyed who applied for case. Also he continued as that he is having my passport number and said he will write to Indian embassy to cancel my Visa and spoil my career life.he threatened me anything like.

Then after his call i had called MR.Rajiv Malhotra - legal layer of ICICI bank he said, Then i asked him why what happened that you had booked a complaint against me then he replied as you have been filed in somany clause and now you hav to pay amt of Rs.47702 immediately, otherwise he will ask surender to send the letter to embassey saying to cancel my visa, I asked him why i hav to pay that huge amt. He replied that details and all we can't disclose just you have to pay otherwise your career will be spoiled.

Now frequently i am getting the calls from both of them threatening me, Any one please help me to come out from this problem.

My credit card history is my limit is given for Rs.57000 from the bank in that i had used upto Rs upto 30, 000
after that i had made a payment of Rs.19000 then i was continuing with my monthly minimum due after that i had changed my job i am not getting my statements then i shifted to pune there the bank had bloked my salary acct and taken Rs.23917, I thought that ok some intrest includes may be that much so i left it of, now suddenly they are telling my outstanding is the said amt.

Bank Not Responding
Hi,

This is Lakshmanan S holded ICICI Credit Card 5176537094544002.
My Card was moved to CIBIL Status and I have gone for a settlement on 9/8/2008 to close my card. But still the status not removed from CIBIL.

Also sended to provide me the the control number for my credit report for getting more details about my record on 7/1/2009 to ICICI Bank.

There is no relpy mail from the bank for the request.

Also sended mail to cibil deparment and they could not help me without my control number.

Please help me how to get resolved and remove the cibil for my card.

I am not able to buy a caling card using my ICICI Travel Card.
I get an error that payment failed error D12. I dont know what does that mean.
