Discontinue of credit card
Reference my ICICI credit card No. 4477 4743 9837 1008. My latest statement dated shows an amount of Rs. 1302.30 balance against me, whereas I have not used the card at all. This is unnecessary giving me hypertension. I need a zero balance statement and I want that this card should be canceled since I do not want to use this card.

maine sbi bank ke atm se 20000/- widrow kar raha tha. isi prosessing ke time light off ho gayi aur mera tranjection incomplete rah gaya. light aane ke baad maine dekha ki mere icici bank ke account se 17500/- less ho gaye the lekin mujhe sbi bank ke atm se kuch bhi nahin mila.jab maine bank main complent kari toh mujhse 45 days ka time manga gaya ki mujhe 45 days ke andar rupaye mil jayenge.lekin 45 days ke baad phir 1-2 din ke bola gaya.lekin uske 2-3 din baad bank se phone aaya ke
hamain iske baare main jaankari nahin mil pa rahi isiliye ham aapko yeh rupaye nahin de paayenge.jab maine 20000/- widrow kare the to us time mere account main se 17500/- hi less kyon hue.is baat ka bank bhi mujhe koi jabab nahin de raha hai.iski main 4-5 baar complent kar chuka hun.maine aapka show hamesha se dekh raha hun isiliye yeh complent kar raha hun.so please solve my problem.

Fraud notification of icici bank credit card
Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this email to inform you that on my ICICI credit card (4477 4770 7675 9006) some one else has credited cash-in personal loan of 4,00,000.00 and 54000.00 without my awareness whose account number (007101530677). It goes like this, on 8th October 07, I received letter from ICICI stating that above said amount is going to be deposited to your saving account (Account number is totally different, it is not mine) as personal loan, I called the ICICI helpdesk immediately as I never requested for any such kind of loan, helpdesk agent took lot of time to understand the issue first of all and then passed me to the several other departments to gather the different information, and then later on I was assured as the saving account is not mine then they will stop the disbursement. On Personal loan letter my name, credit card number and mailing address was correct but phone no and saving account was different. So I made all necessary corrections to the credentials and closed the call.


On 12th I again received one more letter stating that 54000.00 has been credited to account (007101530677) against my credit card (4477 4770 7675 9006), I called customer care again and they assured me for investigation, and not to get panic as this saving account is not mine and they will freeze the account.

Now on 1st November I received the cash-in statement of credit card to my surprise stating about the payment plan, I called ICICI customer care again and escalated the issue to the Supervisors Gaurav Motian and Sanjog, the customer care managers, they assured me that it will be rectified ASAP with in 3 working days, This case is now handled by Sonal Garg, member of escalation team, is asking me to wait for another 2 days as she is waiting for the investigation revert, Today I went to my home branch in Noida for assistance and they suggested me to write an email to the [email protected] and post the mails to Mr. Harshil Mehta, Nodal officer, ICICI bank limited, I am doing whatever I was suggested and waiting for their investigation now, don’t know what to do more. I am in deep depression and lost my hunger and sleep for last few weeks. My situation is the worst now as I can not bear this pressure and burden any more, it’s a immense mental agony and harassment for me. Please suggest me for God sake what to do, should I go to the police and lodge the FIR or still wait for their investigation for more findings.

NB: I have very bad experience with customer care during this situation as most of the agents could not understand the issue and asked unnecessary questions repeatedly, and above all they kept me on hold unnecessarily for quite long time and few agents transferred me to the entire department unreasonably and some agents cut the call while talking to end the call. On 1st November it took 4 hrs to escalate the issue to the right channel and dropped several times while on phone. Surprisingly they didn’t even log the case some times of calls when I checked the case history. It is sheer frustrating. I will request you to pull the recordings of my conversations and listen them if you can.

ICICI not refund the money properly
This is the second time I got the same problem with ICICI. I have foreclose my loan now ICICI has to refund back the insurance amount on pro data basis. They have sent me a mail that your money has been refunded. When I ask for the refund they raise a service request and tell that money will be refunded within 48 hours. When I called again, they are again asking to raise a complaint.

I have to take a amount of 23000 back from him. Previously also they have taken a cheque from me for opening a new saving account it was not opened due to bank officer's mistake and they took a month to refund the amount after having 100 calls by me.

Poorest bank I guess I have almost closed all my relation ship. Would suggest everyone not bank with this type of FRAUD Bank.

Loan recovery
I have taken a auto Loan & i have paid its 21 EMI out of 36 EMI but due to financial crisis i cannot pay my outstanding EMI but bank agent are harrising our family.

Non activation of NRE account
Hi,

On my last trip to India, I visited ICICI bank in Saharanpur, UP to open an NRE account. This was middle of June 2007.

The officer handling NRE account was very courteous and quickly completed all the formalities to open an account. Took a check from me to open an account, gave me the User Id and password to operate my account online.

Today, the date is October 10th, 2007, my account is still not activated, the check that i had given to open an account is still not cleared, despite reminders many times.

I closed my account with one of the Public sector bank assuming that ICICI, being a private bank, will give better service, but I was proved wrong.

All attempts to contact the officer incharge have failed.

Can anyone tell who should i contact for this ?
