I recived a call from Mumbai, stating they are police and a arrest warrent has been filed against my wife, My wife had taken a loan
prior to our marriage for her home expence, due to circumtences she could pay the EMI's for the last 2yrs,

whta ever the case is, dose the bank has any right to file a case against a women who is pregnant, and this caused a major fight betwen the families, I would like to know is there a way to over come such issues, and also would like to know, is it the true fact that
a person will be jailed for not paying the dues, Kidly advise

Sir/Madam, I had applied for my provident fund money after I resigned from my previous office Convergys India Pvt Ltd., Bangalore, last 2 years back. They (pf Office) debited the amt of 72, 000RS to my ICICI Bank Ac: 004701578028 which were provided at the time when I applied. Previously I had taken a personal loan from this same bank. Loan Ac no: 00009876151. And I paid EMI’s:2734.00Rs every month from my salary without any break. Then In between due to my health problems I had to quit my job. So The Emi's was pending for few months. I spoke to ICICI bank Rep's and requested them to give some time to start to pay the Emi's with Interest. In between, I also paid for 4months Emi's even when there was no source of income. Now ICICI Bank Personal Loan Dept has completely deducted my PF amount towards my Personal loan without my authorization. And they never informed me about my PF amount which was debited last october2009. I applied for my PF because of my surgery which is scheduled for the month of Feb. It was delayed for long because my PF took too long to debit the amount. Please reimburse the money back as I need this money for my surgery. So that I can get a job and things will be normal. I am requesting you, please just for a moment put yourself in my positions and think for a while. I have my mother and ailing father whose depended on me. Please help me to reimbursing the amount on humanitarian grounds. If needed I will enclose my medical records. Looking forward for your reply. Regards

My name is Ashish Krishna.R . A girl named Shanthi called me regarding a personal loan in ICICI with an interest percent of 11%. I applied for a personal loan . Then again a guy called me regarding the loan and said me the percent to be 18% and not 11%. When I asked for the girl who called me he said that she had resigned. But since I was in need for money I applied for it. It is been in the process for the past 1 month. Till now I did not get it. Yesterday when I went to the office for my clarification I found my photo was replaced by someone else. When I asked regarding this Mr. SASI (9941264522)told me that it was submitted to them by an agency. He was very helpful and he tried his best in resolving the issue and told me that he would try his best in getting the loan by the next day. When I Called the agent head(I do not remember his name but his Number is 9382151170) and he was saying that he was not available in the office for one week. And I asked him to connect me to Micheal(T.L) or Kuberan(Sales Executive) but he told me he does not know their number. But he followed and got me their head number but promised me that he would get me the loan by next day evening. But when I called today my file was rejected since there was no Signature proof. Sasi then connected me to his head Arul who is the Sales manager- Personal Loan Chennai. His response was harsh. He talked as if I did the mistake. It was very humiliating. I was harassed by him through phone. This is the worst I had ever had. Now I need the cheque by tommorow atleast such that I could fulfil mu necessities which is very urgent but as of now I do not think I will be getting it. Lets see. But for ICICI only one request kindly keep people who could undergo frustrations with ease and ask them not to show it on customers.

I Have applied for a personal loan after long persuasion from the agent saying I have preapproved loan of about 5 Lacs. But only after i said i will take the loan of a lac the call increased. The calls were to check my identity, my work place, my house, etc.

It is terrible when somebody calls me more than 4 time in the same day to check the above mentioned detail. And then one guy comes to my office to verify. That was the last straw on my back.
