Dear Gentleman,
i had purchased a policy no.04946386 on the name of smt. sheela devi resident of B-x-1186 chowk iqbal ganj, Ludhiana.
we had purchased a policy through smt. bhupinder kaur adviser code 0042937 that my greviance for misleading/non-co-operation by the local branch ludhiana.
That while issued me paid up certificates for the three years 2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009 resp. dated 05-06-2009 which does not reflect any mode of payment,
next due date of premium Anyway when i contact to local branch office along my mother. i was told that rupees 27000/- is still pending on your name to revive your policy.
Any sort of correspondense/intimation by the company and concerned advisor has been made till date.
The xerox copies of Three years Paid up certificates Rs.9000 each were submitted to local branch (madam Ruhi) (customer care executive) and i was told that it was written in the policy document itself.
Complaint vide sr.no.21394660 dated 17-02-2010 was registered on the hot line no. of customer care no., Who had given me resolution date 19-03-10.
Nothing has been done till date hence i am unable to take for the decision as i feel that i have been cheated/misleaded by the co. saying it is written annual premium while issuing policy documents. whereas my contention is based on the issued paid up certificates for three years of Rs.9000/- each.
That my Mother is 70 years old purely illiterate lady and i Rajesh Sharma (Nominee of this policy) . am representing her grievance, while contacted punjab customer care 13-03-2010 evening i was told that your request has been declined...
I inform you is not resolved within 48 hours. i will take up the issue to complaint board and media...
