My name is Brenda Gore. I gave my daughter Holly Hoban permission to use my credit card number for a FREE trail and Shipping and Handling ONLY with your company. Since May 1st of 2009 I have been calling the toll free number to your company. I have been told everything from we never charged your card to we cannot pull up your file. Of cours I gave them my daughters name Holly Hoban and they pulled up my file. This was in May and Now it is June and they are still charging my credit card! I have never gave anyone permission to charge my credit card and I am telling you all again for the third time do not charge my credit card again. I am very fustrated and have been treated like crap from your customer service department. My credit card company also called your toll free number and they got the same runaround I have been getting. Today is the first time I have receive this email address and I am telling you to Please STOP charging my credit card!! I do not have an account with you!!! my email address is [email protected]
