I HAD MONEY TRANSFERED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I WOULD LIKE IT TRANSFERED BACK IN.

I was doing business with three on-line businesses which were recommended by trusted friends and which I did find to be excellent businesses with whom to do businesses. There were pop-ups which occurred during some of the pages and I diligently clicked "NO" to each and every offer except for one which cost me $1.97 and which I DID authorize. However, there was, to my shock, an unauthorized charge to my bank account for ID Protection services in the amount of $33.98. Aside from the fact that I remember refusing the offer, I am able to get identity theft protection from my own State Farm insurance agent for the small cost of $25.00/year, so purchasing an unknown product from an unknown, unrecommended company is out of the question. Secondly, in order to forestall such charges and aid myself in being certain that I have not authorized a purchase, I ALWAYS purchase anything on the internet under the name that is on my bank accounts, and I NEVER shorten the name unless it is a company with whom I was dealing before I began to take this measure which is that I always trade under the name of "Ellen Miriam Sones", the full name on my bank accounts. I sign all documents with that full name. Even if I am in a grocery store and using my Visa card to purchase $5.00 worth of food or other items, I ALWAYS sign "Ellen Miriam Sones". This will always tell me when a charge is true or fraudulent, and I have alerted my bank to never accept any signature on my cards unless all three names appear.

This charge is absolutely fraudulent and I would like to know how to get my money back. I am going to my bank this morning to discuss this with them and will show them all pertinent papers, including this complaint, to them, in order to retrieve this money. After that, I will call my agent to be certain that my State Farm Identity theft protection is in force.

I've had 33.98 cent taken from my account that i did not authorize for anyone to have so i'm asking u to give me my money back in full.My name is Bennie Griggs you know what account you took it from and expect it to return asap prunto.

I contacted this company and was told that they took it out due to payday advance and I didi not give PERMISSON FOR THIS TRANSACTION!!! I want a refund for the 33.98 and the overdraft fee taking care of also!!!

They take your monies without permission and then give you the run around about a refund.
