unauthorized billing
I was also billed without an authorization for $33.98 by this company. They must have a popup that comes on site with application for short term loan. I am trying to get a refund. They went ahead and billed the amount even after I talked to them on the phone immediately after receiving a confirmation e-mail regarding this charge. They said that there was nothing billed, but the next morning I checked my checking account statement and they went ahead and billed the charge after talking to me.

STOLE FROM MY ACCOUNT
THESE PEOPLE WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND TOOK $33.00 TWICE AND CAUSED ME TO HAVE TWO $35.00 BOUNCE CHECK CHARGES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT TODAY. I WILL HAVE THE FRAUD COMMISSION BOARD AND MY ATTORNEY HANDLE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY IF I DONT RECIEVE MY MONEY. MY CANCELLATION NUMBER IS 3789583 SUPPOSELY. I BETTER NOT SEE ANYMORE MONEY COME FROM THIS COMPANY

you have been charging me for this service since january i never knew what it was until i found out from the bank today they told me to call you first to get a refund and see what you all say and if you wont give me arefund they will take it back from you and put it back in my account due to me being inand out of the hospitalfor the last several months i am now disable i never authorized thi transaction i want and need my money back my refund code is 3046124

They took $33.98 out of my account in which I did not authorized
I went to a cash advance web site and these people (ID Theft)took $33.98 out of my checking account and I did not authorized this.
I was trying to get an online loan not a theft protection, I already
have one.

unauthorized money from my bank account
This company took money from my account without my authrization. Now they say maybe I'll get it back. I have to wait 72 hrs. for an answer. How can they get away with this. I need my money for my bill's. I don't have money to waste! I've never asked for protection. No one could do much with my identity. I don't have money or good credit!
