never signed up for this
Called and wanted a refund because I never signed up for it. Actually gave me this website address and and a cacellation number and told me I would be refunded in 72 hours, YEAH RIGHT!! I am a single parent and I need every penny I earn. I'm sorry I ever went online for a payday advance. Never again! Please give me my money back!

Illegally withdrawal of $31.85
Appled for a payday loan yesterday, but DID NOT accept their terms, so ID THEFT, which I DID NOT REQUEST or APPLY for went into our account and withdrew $31.85 and they shouldn't have done this. Immediately, I contacted my BANK, BB&T and filed a claim for fraudulent activity - DISPUTE FED. REG E. My Bank will take care of this on their end, also. Alot of complaints have been filed for the same thing, I noticed. I am going to file another complaint with the NC Attorney General and anyone else I can think of. This is just not right.

Fraud - Debted Checking Account
Applied for a cash advance, and this company debted my checking account and won't issue a refund. Keep getting the run around and still don't have a refund. But I've been charged numerous times on my account.

I APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN AND THIS COMPANY SOME HOW TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT 31.98 FOR ID THEFT THAT THEY THOUGHT I APPLIED FOR, NEVER ONCE DID I WANT ID THEFT PROTECTION I WANTED A PAYDAY LOAN. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK AND GET SENT HERE, ALL THIS IS IS A COMPLAINT I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I did not subscribed to this service (IDTheft) and then I just found a charge at my bank account for $31.98. My confirmation # that I called the 866-592-6439 number found at my online banking is 2617142 that will show I cancelled the service that I never subscribed to.

charged me with out authorization now my account is over drawn
i was just trying to apply for a payday loan instead i got charged for somthing i didnt even now about go to my bank to take some money out for food for my children and my account is overdrawn by 30 dollars. i would like my money back and any overdraft fees that i get charged for i did not now they were charging me i thought they needed my account number for diret deposite for the pay day loan not to charge me.
