I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR THIS BULL AND BOTH TIMES IT CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN. I NEVER AUTHORIZED ANY ID THEFT PROTECTION COST TO BE DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED JUST AS RAPIDLY AS IT WAS TAKEN.

I WILL NOT SAY THAT I DID NOT APPLY, I JUST DON'T REMEMBER DOING SO. I CAN NOT AFFORD TO HAVE MONIES TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON BECAUSE DOING SO WILL MAKE MY PAYMENTS GO INTO OVERDRAFT. IF I SIGNED THIS UNKNOWINGLY, PLEASE FORGIVE ME BUT I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE AND I ASK THAT MY MONEY OF $33.98 PLEASE BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY ACCOUNT. THANK YOU.

I never applied for id theft protection and I never applied for a last chance payday loan. The took the $, but won't refund. I am filing with the BBB and with my bank.

I did not give my permission for this company to withdraw money out of my checking account! I called and had to cancel a membership that I never signed up for I would appreciate a complete refund of my money!
