took money from my account
This company took my personal information and used it to take $33.98 from my checking account. I did not sign up for this service and also because i did not have the money in my account iwas charged a $33.00 overdraft chargei I want a refund of my $66.98

i applied for a payday loan and it signed me up for this. now it overdrafted my account and charged me a NSF fee I want all my money back
I went online to apply for a payday loan and some how it signed me up for this stupid identity theft protection program. I had no idea until I looked at my bank account. My insurance hit my account and I had just enough in there to cover it until they got a hold of my bank account and charged me 31.98 which is bull shit. so now i want the 31.98 refunded and my NSF fee for a returned item immediately.

Unauthorized bank Withdrawl
I too was a victim of this. They withdrew money from my bank account without my knowing and, did cause other checks to bounce since I had no clue this money was being taken. I did get them to cancel the (fake) service with a full refund promised within two weeks. Well, that is another load of crap too it's been well over 5 months after many calls with the same lies over and over this company needs to be looked into by the authorities or something. I keep calling ID Theft Services at 866-592-6438 for my refund they promised me. Don't get your hopes up.

I FOUND OUT THAT YOU ALL HAVE TAKEN MONEY OUT OF MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW HOW YOU ALL EVEN GOT MY NEW BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER ANY WAY. I ONLY USE THAT ACCOUNT TO DEPOSIT MY WORK CHECK ONLY. I WILL LIKE FOR YOU TO REFUND ME MY MONEY

Unauthorized Debit to my account
I applied for a payday loan through Last Chance Payday Loan and was automatically signed up for ID Theft Protection and $31.85 was taken from my checking account via electronic check. When asking for a refund, ID Theft refused saying they had all the documents to show I had ordered thier service. I DID NOT order thier service and they KNOW it. This was deceptive billing practices. For those that this has happened to, just know I notified my bank and their fraud department will pursue this by getting the money back and bank is putting the money back in my account. Do Not Let This Company Continue to defraud people. How ironic that they supposedly are in the business of Fraud Protection. What a laugh.

unauthorized scam debiting bank account
A few months ago I was trying to get a pay day loan. Soon after $31.85 was taken from my bank account. When the second $31.85 was taken in early February, I called the 1-888-207-3984 and was given cancellation # 2312437 and directed to file a refund request on this site. Yesterday, my account was charged another $31.85. I called 1-888-207-3984 and was again told my account was cancelled and directed to this site.
This is an out and out scam. First of all, ID Theft uses a fradulent method to get your information. When you go on line to try and get a pay day loan, they ask if you want their service and you check no. However, if there is any information that needs to be clarified you are directed back to the application and never told that the box is automatically now changed to yes. So, if you are told to clarify your date of birth and fix it and try to proceed, you are automatically signed up. This calls for a class action lawsuit. I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.
Also, the fact that I was charged again after calling and filing a complaint is totally unacceptable.
Please respond ASAP. I want my money back and an apology.

The company withdrawed unauthorized transaction from my account, I had no acknowledgement until I got an bank statement.

unauthorized money taken out...
I took out a holiday loan for christmas so my kids can have a christmas and this unauthorized website call idtheft protection took money out my checkings account and still was takeing out until i called to see who they was and got they info. and called to cancelled so i can get my money back into my account that i dont have, even something else was taking out as well that was affilated with the loan that was not authorize to. i did call them and they told me to go to this website so i can request my refund back and i did and they never refund me at all, im am very upset with this and i need to see who can i taik to so i can get my money back before i take this in a different matters...thank you.

take money
i have had money taken from my account because of a loan that i applied for and i did not say i wanted the id theft protection and money was taken from my account. i called and they told me that they would cancel a subscription that i did not even order but i had to go online and request an refund at www.idtheftprotectionrefund.com. i went on line to request my refund and they were supposed to send me an email confirmation that i never got, and i have no idea whether they got it or not. i then went on line and tried to do a live chat but the office was closed and all i got was support but no one answered they told me to go and send an email but there is no email address on the website and no one answers you. I want my money back and they should notify me if they got my request.
