looking for people in the same boat as Idaho continues to screw people over on child support thru other state Agencies.I now live in California and had over 28.000 dollars taken from my check for child support even as I had been paying it.Went to Idaho in 2005 sat in there office over 2 days to deal with this.after two days got a letter from there department stating I had a credit balance of around 5.ooo.oo dollars. Then a year to the day came back stating I owed three different amounts then settled on a higher amount once again for 12.000.00. Then asked for an audit took a couple of days they told me I in fact owed this amount.Ok then a year latter after arguing back and forth I ask for another audit stating all the above this whole time.They refuse and tell me I now have to hire an attorney if I still disagree with this..For a total of this time I had my children whenever there mom didn't want them around and had her sign statements to this fact when I got the children.but anyway I have hired an attorney and still 4 months later still waiting.Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem.I had seen a few comments on this from a few others asking the same thing one even said the fbi was involved would like to chat with you..Thank you so much
