Withdrawal of funds from my account without my consent twice in the month of June, 2008
IDCustServ.com has taken $31.98 and $14.98 out of my account without my consent or knowledge which I consider to be a scam and this company should be prosecuted for such fraudulent acts.

Terrible refund policy
I have been scammed by this bullshit company for over 140$ in fees and expenses, I have been done filled a complaint with my bank( Bank of America) and the BBB about this company and there sister company pdcustserv.com. So now when i called this refund number up to see whats up with my refund they keep telling me its not their problem to repay me for the NSF fees that the bank charged me for the transactions that they made to my account even after i canceled the service. Yes they charged me 2 more times after i told them to stop, I don't know what else to do. If anyone can tell me what else i can do email me!

Did not order these services
I too was a victim of 31.98 [twice now] and 19.95 for services i never asked for. Its all fraudulent. Two different id theft places. Never again will i try to get a fast pay day loan off the internet as they turn you down and obviously reroute your info to these id theft scams. Next thing you know, your bank account is being sucked dry.

Taking money out of my account
Money in the amount of $31.98 was taken out of my account. I would like this money refunded to my account immediately. The company was IDCUSTSERV.COM. I was informed to request refund. Confirmation number for cancellation was 2427617.

Internet fraud
These criminals also expunged fund from my account twice. to the cost of $31.98 . also overdrafting my account each time to the tune of $34.00 x2 I called my bank to ask for an investigation into IDCUSTSERV.COM . I would very much like to know when the class action lawsuit begins against this scum. I did call the number listed to their company on my bank report. And the irony of this is they claim to be an Identity Theft Protection Company. What better cover to steal others money I suppose. When I talked with the person on the phone the first thing they asked for was my social security number. Not the last four as is usual but, the entire number. I told them;why in the hell should I give my SS number to someone already stealing from me? Then they had the nerve to ask for my bank account number. I wish I had a recording of the conversation. I told them I would do whatever I could to cut their access to my account and when that was done I would file suit against them.
If there is some law firm who wishes to pursue this on behalf of us all. I would like very much if you would contact me. I will make time for this. Their theft has really messed up our already limited financial situation.
