Why is a charge of 31.98 coming out of my account? I did not authorize this charge.

My account has been charged 31.98 numerous times and charged overdraft for this crap. I dont know wha it is or what it is for but I demand a full refund. Noone has had my permission to withdraw this money, I have contacted the bank and they want to charge me a stop payment on it, duhhh if I had the money to do so I would h ave already done it but since the morons continue to still from me what other choice do I have left.

this company took 31.98 out of my checking account causing it to go overdrawn, I have never heard of them before and did not give them permission to do this, who are they and how did they get access to my account and how do i get my money + the overdraft back

Took money illegally from my account
This company went into my checking account and took $31.98 from the account without my permission to do so. I called them and not only did I get the run around, but they wanted me to give them my social security and telephone numbers. I talked with a supervisor who ended up putting me on hold and never came back to the line.
I have reported this company to my bank who is investigating it and I also files a complaint with the FBI.
I don't know where this company gets off, but they aren't going to rip me off and get away with it!!!

Unauthorized Transactions!
IDCUSTSERV.com fraudulently and without authorization withdrew $31.98 from my account! I called my bank immediately, we'll see what happens. I am so pissed! Watch out when you request payday loans online. I think that is where they got my info! B*stards!

Unauthorized withdrawals from checking account
Unauthorized withdrawals from checking account 1 week apart in the amount of $31.98 Twice this has happened...They also tried to take a loan payment out 1 week prior to agreed on date. Agreed upon amount was to be paid back was $375.00 for a $300.00 amount loan. Now they have tried to take $390.oo out of my checking account 1 week before the pay back date. I have also been charged $44.00 in fees from my bank because of their thievery ways. My bank is looking at waiving those fees, however, paperwork needs to be filled out and reported by myself to the banking and finance commision and more forms needed to be filed for unfair trade practices. What a consumers' nightmare for a quick advance cash loan. My lesson learned--- borrow from a family member or friend. Sincerely, Mary Golueke May 22, 2008.

charged my account without my permission and overdrew my account resulting in a $33.00 charge from my bank
Did not authorize ID Customer Service to Charge my account $31.98. It overdrew my bank account and was charged an overdraft fee of $33.00 Which I also want refunded from ID Customer Service
