Unauthorized charges to my acct.
They withdrew an amount of $31.98 from my account, I immediately contacted them and they gave me a cancellation #, but I have still not been credited.
This is so wrong.

Non authorized debit
Please note I never authorized any company to take any money out of my checking acct. I called my bank and they took the charges off! Beware all!

Took money out of my account without authorization
This company tried to take out 39.99 out of my bank account and I have no idea how they got my banking information. Because of this I will have to close this account because I don't know how often they will try.

Unauthorized transaction
I have never heard of this website before and this morning i went to check the balance on my account and i see that IDCUSTSERV.COM has taken out $31.98 without my authorization.

Took money from my account!
I was applying for a loan online, and was directed to an identity theft protection website, to which i hit 'decline', however, they used my bank info that i submitted for the loan and debited my account for $31.98. Now i can't get them to cancel, or refund the charges!

Unauthorized removal of money from checking account!
Looking for a loan web site found one receiving online applications. When I was finished it immediately took me to this identity fraud website and automatically debited my account of $31.98 using my application bank information without my authorization.

I got my checking account debited time and again after resolving the issue!
I went to last chance cash advantage and then this idcustserv took money out of my checking account and now I got it fixed or thought that I did and once again my checking account is charged over and over again, do not try to do online loans, they are all scams.

Debited my account without permission!
They automatically debited my checking account for the amount of 31.98 twice and caused me to over draft my account both times. I have disputed the charges through my bank and want to get the money plus fees back. I never signed up for their service or gave them permission to debit my account.
