Took money out of my account for the past two months
Theyve been taking money out of my account I went to the website and the live chat is closed this is bullshit no phone number at all and automatically on the website it has a link stating if you have a charge to your account then that means you are a new subscriber . I want my money back and the overdraft fee for them hitting up my account

Unauthorized debit of my checking acount for fees for services I did not sign up for and then refusing to cancel my account.
This company has charged my checking account without my authorization for ID Theft protection services. When I tried to contact them by phone and by computer they refused to cancel my account when I would not supply more confidential information to them.
