buffering problem

dear sir,
i purchase idea netsetter recently i think on 31st may 2011...i did complains next day but the proper attention has not been taken yet...its still irritates me while i am using it...the buffering problem is still i am facing...my sim no.is-8347385227 and IMSI no.is-404240317894747...so please help me to avoid this problem as early as possible ...thank you

freequently disconnecting, 633 error etc.

sir, i bought Idea 3g netsetter on 25/10/2010 in chittoor, chittoor district, andhra pradesh which is disconnecting very freequently, ican not able to connect again, its displays the modem is in use or not configured properly, i tried it for about 4 desktop pcs. i contacted customer care but no response. i disappointed much.
so, pl. kindly help me inthis regard
