reg: CONVERSION PREPAID NO. TO POSTPAID
i got a call on my no. from the idea customer care in regard to convert my prepaid no.(9990832936) to postpaid on 3-1-09 and on the same day an executive had arrived to my office and collect rs.500 with two photos, xerox of my prepaid sim from me on the same day and give me a reciept.of Shaiv Bpo Services but after two days i received a another call from them that i have to submit my id proof and they were asked me to mail my id proof to them so i also mail them my id proof on the same day and i also confirm from them that they got my id proof or not.They acknwoledge me that they got the id proof and my no. will we activate by the evening and they also disconnect my prepaid no.
But until now they had not activate my no., i call them many times but they not showing any responsibility in doing there job. now, i want my money back and the no. remain to be prepaid. i think this bpo is provide the worse service to there customer. i don, t expect the service of such type from idea cellular.

Wrong bills
My number is 9922446676 i was using ideas GPRS 200 plan earlier till 4th of august in that plan 500mb data is free for changing plan to GPRS 350 (1 GB free) i sent a sms to idea. I receive the SMS from idea that it will be activated within 24 hrs, but at the end of the billing cycle they send me the bill as per GPRS 250 plan in which for rest of data they charged me as per 2paise /kbps which leads to increase in bill amount. Idea cellular is now not responding & telling me pay the wrong bill & deactivated all services.

Mental harassment
Am writing this mail in full mental agony. I have been a customer of idea since last 4 years and it is unfortunate and painful that they still don't respect me as their customer!on 25th i got a call from idea customer care that my number has been short listed for an amazing offer that on a monthly rental of 200 rupees i will get 200 free minutes(STD or local) and sms of 10 paisa, further calls after 200 free calls will be charged at 1 rupee for STD and 50 paise for local. I told them that i already have a good plan(New youth card), but they motivated me to change the prepaid (fine enuff). After that they came up to my place and told me to give my I card as a proof and then they asked about my PAN card. i told them i don't have and if itz necessary, then i don't want to take the new post paid connection. On this, the executive told me that only I card will do and thus they took my money and gave me a receipt by the service provider name "SHAIV BPO SERVICES 18/17, BASEMENT, W.E.A., DHAKA HOUSE, KAROL BAGH NEW DELHI ph.9718585454.
The executive called and told me that the post paid connection will be activated today only because the scheme is valid for today only. AND THEN THE MENTAL HARASSMENT OF THESE PEOPLE STARTED.One customer would call me from 9718585475 by the name of Rahul saying that the number will be activated within few hours and the next movement they would again call me that it would be activated tomoroo, then abrar, another executive would call me from 9718585501 and say that he will help me but he doesn't and when i call him for the same, he would disconnect my call, Another executive seema would call me from 9718585478 and tell me that my number cannot be activated because idea care cannot accept the identity card of my university because itz not a government university.even when i told them that i would complain against them, they told me it hardly makes any difference to them because they will leave the job, if i do so!!!is this your customer care or customer torture??? One exective calls me and says that STD calls would charge 1 rupee and another (seema) would call and say I would be charged 1.30 rupees/minute.I hope you can imagine the amount of trauma one goes through by all this!i wept and cried and requested the executives to help me out but they told they can only help by refunding and that too, they wont come, I have to go to their office to get the money?? Where is the justice??? Why would I get the money back after 5 days, what about the time, efforts and emotions that I went through???who will compensate for it?i dint go to my work for three days because of the mental torture and because I cud not call my parents due to your fault?who will compensate for that?
Sir, in deep mental torture, i called them, they would cut my calls, they cut my calls at least 95 times during these five days.I had only 500 in my pocket which i gave to them, i requested them many times to activate my number so that i could call up my parents in kashmir (since they cannot call me due to curfew in the area since many days). They didn't accept my request and did nothing to help me out, even after i sent the message to all of the executives of the company requesting them personally. With the result i haven't talked to my family since three days, which has added to my mental trauma!IS THIS THE IDEA, WHICH CHANGES LIVES???
Meanwhile I got many calls from a person who would say that seema (the customer care executive) has called him and told him that she will get the number, which I have been using since a year and the sim will be activated within a day. That person would call me and tell me how could I use his number?he gave me the sim number of the sim as well!. Seema had called him from the number, 9891263388.

this companyhas pay me bad service.he cut my balance without information.he false me.his cutumer service is also tell me wrong.my phone bill is very coastl.they make not me sufficient.he poor gsm service.

I had idea post paid connection in Pune(9881465612), I had paid the amount more than 2500 INR,
I was disconnected the connection on 31st October and the communication ID is 33435912,
i was raised many times to idea customer care executive every time the answer was you will get the refund amount in 30 to 60 days, but till now i am getting the
bills from your side with deducting amount, not getting the amount.

Customer care is hopeless and dumb!
I recently got a Prepaid connection from Idea Cellular. I charged my account on Idea web site. I got the confirmation that through SMS and on Website itself that my transaction was successful. Still no money is being credited to my account. When i tried to call at Idea Customer communication, first of all i was not able to get connected to them for a long long time. When i got connected... customer care resp. were talking like a dumb fool... They will not listen to us, they will keep on saying few learned sentences again and again... I tired almost 10 times and still helpless. Call center rep. are not trained and they even don;t know how to and what to reply... Bunch of fools... i a really very frustrated with IDEA... It is a very bad idea to have an idea connection... NEVER PAY ONLINE... Since they will not have any record to help you.

Set caller tune without information
I had taken Idea cellular sim on september 2007.
My mobile no is 9990737825. I receive almost daily call from idea marketing. One day likely on 5 october, I receve 3 call withing interver of 5 min. first call I had'nt recieve. last call from Idea markting I recieved and let the mobile on low voice on table. after 5 min I see the call is lasted sometime earlier.
After 2 days one of my friend inform that I have caller tune set on my number. After that I check my balance on mobile .. they deducted 30/- ruppees from my balance.
When I call customer care they not agree that they set caller tune.
After that they not recieve my call in customer care also.
I wnat to refund of those 30/- rupees.

Making fool of a customer is a GOOD IDEA
From last 2 months 30 Rs. Per month is being deducted from my prepaid balance on account of Caller tune (Not requested by me). Many complaints lodged against this in customer care time to time but all in vain. They are making me fool.
