Dear Sir,
I have tried to recharge my mobile with Rs 53.00 IDEA full talktime on 31/01/11. But recharge was unsuccessful and Rs 55.00 (including Rs 2.00 Service charges) deducted from my Axis bank a/c. On calling upon IDEA customer care they informed me that they have not received the amount for recharge. So i request to kindly respond to this complaint and refund my amount.
