SIR,
I have received call from Idea customer care, and offered new post paid plan 249.I have changed my existing
plan(FTT 199) to plan 249. But later I understand I could not get any benefit from that Plan.So I want to continue the existing plan FTT 199.So I request you to allow me to continue the existing plan FTT 199.Otherwise I don't want to continue the Idea network service after the bill dated 25- 6- 2011.
