I Pay for advertising thru superpages and Idearc media. It is Called Pay per Click. I signed up back in June of 2007. I have this same set up with Goggle. I deposit a set amount of Cash as a holding balance. AS customers click on the link I am to be deducted .20¢ per click; which is deducted from my holding balance. As the balance gets low I manually authorize deposits.
I don't have any accounts that I pay online that has permission to deduct from my bank accounts at will. All through the year of 2007 I averaged a certain amount of clicks. Well come December My balance went to $0 and they drew from my account. This is an error, I should have had a balance that carried over. When I enter my account December is not available on my invoices or account activities. They cant explain this and frankly I don't think they want too.

I am filling a affidavit though my bank in a line of steps to make sure they are rightly corrected. They drew $45 in Dec'07 then deposited $35 a net deduction of $10. Then January 08 they Drew $15. This activity is not ok with me. I call tried to discus this matter and it was all about how I was mistaken and I must have made the error.

When I pointed it directly out to them they I still had a balance of $25+ from the carry over from 2007. they wanted to switch me to someone else where I would hang on the phone for hours.( On Hold ) I went to try to change the setting on the account to assure the right set up and now it says the options have changed and the service is no longer available. No options are available to see a money trail or paper trail. They are clearly avoiding the subject in my opinion.

I have the same set up with Goggle and I don't have these problems and I am getting better results than superpages. Superpages-Idearc Media are misleading customers and they have took money from me with was not authorized. I see here that there has there been others riped off Idearc media. Luckily I didn't lose too much, but it the principles and the fact that MSN uses superpages/idearc media to list BUSINESS ADDS.
