We were contacted by this company for advertisement purposes in the town directory. We gave them pictures/info that we wanted in the director. They sent us proofs to sign that were not even in regards to our business (a funeral homes advertisement). When we contacted them regarding this, they sent out another set of proofs, they had the information wrong on these proofs and we called them to tell them so. They did not have our signature on the proofs but went ahead with the ad anyway (in 2007 phone book) we kept calling them to tell them they better not publish the wrong stuff (email to rep Marcia Stein) because we will not pay for something we did not ask for, they did it anyway. When the ads came out, they were wrong so we did not pay. We did keep contacting them to try to come to some sort of agreement because we knew we needed to be in the directory for the next year...They gave us a price to pay and we agreed but never sent paperwork. We kept calling and of course the person that agreed to the price (he took off the late charges, interest etc) was no longer there, so now they again wanted to charge us for all of that also.) We would not agreee and told them that we needed to get this settled before the telephone book came out again, and we kept calling..Well the phone book came out and we are not in it...We are suing...We do what we say, why can't they...We have paid over 400.00 a month for advertising in this book for many years and this is the thanks we get.
