Since we bought our first dog in August 2000 we have had countless issues with the bookkeeping (or rather lack there of) of Identipet. Each and every year we get a statement from Identipet saying that our acct is in arrears. We now have 3 dogs and 2 cats and once again we have had a statement saying our acct is in arrears. Every year I call them up, provide proof of payment and ask them to rectify the error. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED. My pets are like my children and I would like to do the responsible thing to try keep them safe, however with this standard of service, I do not think it is worthwhile.
I feel that a explanation is in order as this is not good business practice.
