One star...awful!!! Not one person who works at the gym can give you an answer on anything...I guess that's what you get when you pay high school girls to sit on Facebook for their entire shift.
If you deal with Sandra, you will get no where! She has the title of GM but she has no decision making abilities. (and she's hardly ever there) If i'm not mistaken she is their 3rd or 4th GM within a year.
I lost my key tag, asked to receive a new one and they wanted $10.00 for a small piece of plastic that takes 30 seconds to set up for me. Please keep in mind I have never asked for anything from the gym, it's not like I was asking for my 3rd or 4th key tag.
I simply asked Sandra if I could get this one key tag for free because my wife and I are good customers that never ask for anything. She said she couldn't do anything and would have to talk to the owner.
Just to get Sandra on the phone the first time was a three week process and multiple visits to the gym hoping to catch her. It took an additional two weeks for her to speak to the owner and get back to me.
Sandra explained that the owner was not willing to help me out and would rather lose my wife an I as customers than give a little on her policy. Now that's customer service!!
I run two companies here in Mundelein where we deal with customers on a daily basis and we make it a point to make sure every customer is happy even if it means bending policies, especially repeat low maintenance customers.
I'm not asking for my own private locker and free bottled water I just need a key tag to scan when I come in the 3 or 4 times a month.
Needless to say I canceled both of our memeberships and will not recommend this micro gym to anyone!!!
Crazy! What is happening to customer service????
