After all the they put me through just trying to activate my account after Identity smsed me to come in and activate it they have the nerve to tell me i have to buy something b4 they can check my credit available, once i finally found something i wanted to buy they told me i couldn't coz i have to account numbers with them, and remain unable to purchase, after a fight of course i was able to purchase, only to find when i had said 6 months the lady behind the counter rang up 12 months, , ..I was so ****** off!
