IDENTITY THEFT
I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office and Fraud Dept. at my financial institution and I suggest all who were defrauded of funds from their accts unauthorized transactions for credit reports do the same. I DID finally contact ALEX at credit.com which is another website affiliated under the phone number 1-866-883-3309 (make sure you dial the 1) and they are refunding my 14.95 within 3-7 business days. I am furious! It took me alot of research...HOURS to find out WHO mni*creditreport.com was and it linked back to many websites created to include credit.com. This is inexcusable FRAUD. I should also charge them with the time I spent on a workday to research what happened and how to get my money back. If I do not see it refunded in 3-7 days...there will be bear for dinner. At this point I am looking at charges to be filed. Imagine everyone who may have had overdraft charges on accts or just do not know yet. Millions of $$$$ for fraud and bank resources. SOMEONE NEEDS TO pay attention! Always check your balances and unauthorized transactions.

withdrawal and overdraft fees
i applied for a loan and 33.98 was taken out of my account for some identity theft service and caused a 37.00 dollar overdraft fee. since this charge was not authorized i would be very pleased if you would refund the the money taken out of my account and overdraft fees also. my cancelation number is 4396916.

illegal withdrawal
I too was scammed by this "so-called company." I had checked my checking account balance, knowing I had more than enough to cover my bills and keep a small balance in my checking account, to my surprise I was charged $33.98 from Idtheft and therefore, that put my account in arrears by change, and was in turn charged $33 for overdraft fees. I have requested a refund from ID theft and have yet to receive it or hear back as to the status, my bank will not refund my overdraft charge. So this illegal transaction, of $33.98 actually cost me $63.98 which in this economy I am not in the habit of throwing away that kind of money. I will continue to pursue this company and do have friends who are lawyers.

Refund Money
I was scammed out of 68.00 dollars and then i was over draft by 50 because I filled out a loan paper for cash advance and they started taking out money for id theft and I didn't even take loan. I would like my money back.

I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I DID NOT RECEIVE THE LOAN BUT $33.98 WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. WHY YOU I ASK FOR THIS PROGRAM AND HAVE MONEY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I NEED MONEY. BY YOUR COMPANY TAKING THE FUNDS THIS OVERDREW MY ACCOUNT. I WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO PUT MY MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT AND THE OVERDRAFT CHARGES JUST AS FAST AS YOU TOOK IT OUT.

MOney taken from my account for a service I did not receive
This company deducted money from my account. They claim that I requested the service when I was searching for an online loan. Why in the world would someone give away 31.98 and be looking for a loan? Plus, where is my service that you said I paid for? No one at this company speaks English clearly. I am so upset and now when I try to call, they keep hanging up. I am reporting them to the BBB. HOw are they just taking money out of people accpunts without their permission? Not even providing service. I did learn a valuable lesson though. DO NOT PUT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ONLINE!

fraud
i went on a payday loan site and applied for a loan. i never rec. the loan or heard anything back from them but a charge of 33.98 was taken out of my bank acct from identity fraud and 5.99 from 77 discount club. how can these companies get away with scamming people especially when they are already short on cash.why do they think we are applying for money?
