This company stole a total of $45.64 from my checking account.
When I contacted the 8663870927 customer service help hotline they were very disrespectful. The rep. could not locate me in their name based system. So she then asked for my credit card info. and still couldnt find me so I then asked how come money is being taken out if you have no record of my c.c. She then said that the did not have authorization to view my personal c.c. info. which them made me lierry, as to why she just requested my c.c info and she knew she couldnt view it. I confirmed that the conversations were recorded, I then requested to speak with a manager, supervisor someone other than a customer service representitve I was then transfered to a man by the name of KEN, I.D number 655. He was very rud and disrespectful he refused to answer any of my questions, and then hung up the phone on me. All I wanted to know was, if I gave them permission to take a monthly fee out of my account if they could show me proof that I indeed submitted my credit card number for the purposes of a membership to their company Identity Volt. They could only offer me the terms and conditions that they show to every Tom, Dick and Harry. a reassuarance that they were subject to cange at any moment .Nothing at all that showed that I agreed to allow them to even access my person information let alone my personal account. I confirmed that all conversations were recorded for security purposes. I am going to contact my attorney to see what my right are, I'd suggest you all do the same. We should file a class act lawsuit and sew this bogus call center or company for theft...
