unauthorized debit for this service

I was charged 31.98 for a service that I did not subscribe to. did not authorize them to debit my checking account. Called and asked them to refund the money and was told to fill out this complaint form although I can see that it does nobody any good will have to put a stop payment on my account someone needs to investigate this. I would like a refund on my account plus charges that I incur taking care of this matter.

Money taken out of my checking account without my consent

This company took $31.98 from my checking account without my consent. I called the number that was on my bank statement a million times. Just about every representative I talked to didn't speak or understand english that well at all. They claim that they could not reverse the payment unless I went on line to do it.

They just gave me a big run around and to this day I still haven't received my money back into my account. That is a scam.
