On December 14, I ordered three handheld bearcat scanners for Christmas gifts, my credit card was charged through PayPal (received confirmation) for the total plus expedited shipping and as of December 30, I have not received this order nor have I been able to contact the company. Their website is no longer available. I have sent several emails to the "[email protected]" with hopes of contacting someone but no luck. I have filed a complaint with PayPal in hopes of some resolution to this nightmare.

I have never had such a problem before ordering anything online. I can only hope that I receive credit back on my credit card since the items have never been received and it doesn't look like they will!! What a scam!
