I also have been billed for a fraudulent call from IDL Communications. Bell is giving me no satisfaction on refunding my $23.39 and there is no one to complain to about it. I have wasted two long phone calls with no result.

I have no idea who used the phone number. I would not mind paying the charge if there were some way of identifying the caller. As it is, I could be charged again and have no recall.

Likewise, there is no way of reporting the fraudulent call to Bell. I just get a call centre person who has no authoirty whatsoever. The first one agreed to cancel the charge, but it appeared again on the next bill as a charge for arrears because I did not pay the entire amount of the bill.

There seeems to be no recourse.

I made two telephone calls from a hotel in Erie Pennsylvania. These calls were to my home, to let my husband know that I arrived safely. I used my Bell Canada Calling Card. When I received my Bell monthly bill, two telephone calls were changed at the following amount: 7 minutes at $61.42 and 15 minutes at $61.42. These prices are outrageous. Bell Canada will not reverse the charges. I called home from Hong Hong and it only cost me $20.00. These people are price gouging crooks - and Bell Canada allowed this to happen.
