never received

I ordered a bridal bouquet 3 weeks ago. I have e-mailed them three times with no response until my fourth e-mail and then they did send an email asking if it would be ok if they sent the bouquet out and I received it by the following Monday. I did e-mail back and replyed that would be fine. Surprise, Monday came and went, no package. I have tried calling and no one answers the phone. They have been paid but no order has been received. I have reported to my credit card company and am now looking else where for my bouquet, the wedding is coming soon.

no response from company

I made an order 10/20 for an 11/8 event date. My account was charged promptly however I have repeatedly reached out to the company via their phone # on the website and the email address with no response. It is now 2 business days before my event and am going to have to purchase locally. It is very frustrating calling them daily and the phone just rings. If I don't see my flowers in the next few days I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company to charge them back since they don't seem to exist.
