I received over draft notices from my bank that they had tired to take money out of my account for witch I did not authorize for $31.98!

Same thing happened with me. I went to my bank and within 4 days my money was back in my account each time. I had to fill out a notarized form. They have got to know people are catching on. Went to the FBI, BBB, my Attorney General, and The Scam Abuse Center. They also take out 6.91 or 6.98. Didn't bother trying to contact them, the ironic part is they are scamming saying you signed up for an Identity Theft Membership. They will be caught. I hope they all go to jail.

i received a notice from my bank today stating I had an over draft of 31.98, and listing this company. I have never signed up for anything with them. So I went on their website to have it removed and my money returned. First off, the 866 number is simply a message. So i decided to use the chat on their website. They are telling me they got my information from an application I filled out online. Which i did, but I when it came to the part that asks if you want this service I clicked no. They still took my information from that application and signed me up without my authorization. now they are telling me the only way they will return my money is if I file a police report for identity theft and fraud and send it to them... but they're the ones who committed the fraud!! And I can see there's a lot of people with the same complaint. Is there any way to do some sort of class action suit against these guys?

I have noticed in my on-line banking statements, several electronic withdrawals being made by IDPROCS.com in the amount of $31.98. overdraft fees are adding up!!! I DO NOT know this company nor any of it's associates!!! Therefore, they have not had any permission to withdraw anything from my account. I want the overdraft fees of 140.00 replaced in my account AND punitive damages for the infliction of worry and pain of suffering due to having to replace the . That takes food out of my families mouth and causes the creditors that I DO PAY, to not trust me with checks, and now want cash or money orders!!! How is that for damages!!!??? The last attempt to withdraw money from my account was just yesterday, March 20, 2008.

In January I was looking at online loans, but I stopped before completing the request. I didn't feel right about it. The next thing I know $31.98 was drafted from my account plus another $6.78. This occurred in January, February, now March. Its caused me overdraft fees! This has got to stop and I intend to speak to my attorney about what to do next. I'll keep you posted.
