$33.98 debit
This company debited my checking acct $33.98 when i never authorized a debit of $33.98 for a service that i never needed. I called to get a refund. This company is such a scam that they have a website that just handles refund request and if you call their customer service number: 866-886-1277, they have a prompt that is to check the status of your refund. On the recording it goes as far as to say "if your refund is approved..." Why should any honest company HAVE to approve any refund. I was denied a refund. The live operators that answer the phones speak broken ENGLISH and i know they are from the PHILIPPINES, but say that their corporate office is in ARIZONA. I am currently in the process of disputing this charge with my bank.

unauthorized charge
I did not authorize Proserv.com to bill my account they charged my account $33.98 which subsequently caused my account to over draw and I was charged $35.00 I want my fund's returned ASAP in the amount of $68.98.

Took money out of my accou t without my knowledge
I signed up for a payday cash advance which I did not recieve. Two days later There is a check not written by me for $33.98 from this company. This is unbelievable. I just tried to call them and I could not reach a soul.

Unauthorized access to checking account
This company took 33.98 from my checking account without my permission stating I wanted identiy protection. Why would I do that, when I can receive id protection without paying for it?? These people need to be stopped, and I'm trying to call them but they are hard to reach. I'm so upset!!!

unauthorized monies
I am a SSi recipient and this company has taken monies out of my account and promised to pay back and havent. My account is overdrawn because of these people and i don't even know how i am going to pay my bills next month. Someone please shut them down and help the little people like me

cheated
We to were cheated out of $31.85 by this company. Requested a refund and was told by a live chat person to fill out refund form. They gave us a confirmation number and told us it would be credited back to our bank account. We are in the process of disputing the charges with our bank. Filed a complaint with BBB. Please be aware to all people out there trying to apply for loans online. This is all a fraud scam
