deceptive billing / bait and switch

Used a site called MVQ Valmax and ended up being billed $19.95 per month from IDPROTECT for services I never ordered. Company promised to refund 4 months of billing but never did. Bank of America no help- VISA corporate 800-visa-911 said I have to file complaint with Nat'l League of credit cards 800 -876 7060. When I pointed out that VISA' corporate responsbility statement on their web site required they remove merchants who don't follow VISA's corporate responsibility philosophy I was placed on hold for a supervisor that never came on the line. Everyone should be calling VISA and demand this merchant be removed for bait and swich and deceptive billing practices. Also we all need to file complaints with the nat'l league 800 -876 7060 and contact our congressman to change the law related to internet deceptive billing practices

I did Not authorize the charge of $19.95 against my checking account for the purchase of "IDPROTECT MNTR".

Please rectify this ERROR!
