I was charged 3 times for 94.89 dollars and one time for 19.12 dollars for a #1.99 CD. I did not authorize these people to bill me the extra money. I want my money back.

To get your money back from IDS Grant (dba: In Deep Services OR dba: Genix Marketing Inc.) you must call directly at 909-581-9930 ext. 901 and talk to Ara. He will refund your account.

They will try to scam you and ask irrelevenat questions to distract you... just be professional, patient and demanding!

THEY STOLE 94.89 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I WANT IT BACK!!! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM!!!

IDS Grant program. I did the initial $2.99 download which was a nightmare to try and navigate. Then 3 days later they debited another $94.89 with no notice or reason. How are they alloed to get away with this with no signature giving authorization? Why hasn't the FTC done something about this fraud?
