charges
i havent had so many charges taken out of my account hundreds and hundreds and i have done everything to cacel it but every monthly statement there it is again i want all the charges put back into my account i have hundreds of dollars of over charges me knot knowing they still were taken out money im going to go to the BBB about it too

REFUND
I order the colon cleaners and the Acai Berry on 04/17-420 did not receive either one of the product, an my credit card was changer 177.08 the very next week also. If I my card is not credit back the 177.08 in the next week I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Unauthorized charges
IDS Max Colon charged my account for 88.95 and I want my account credited for 88.95 immediately. I did not authorize any 88.95 amount for any product. I want a response concerning this matter immediately as they have drained my bank account completely.

A total scam!!
I purchased a free trial of Max Colon on the internet but was billed for 89.95 for a month of supply which
I DID NOT ORDER!!! When i called the CS for further information on how to handle the refund, they were being really unhelpful to the extension of being rude. I next e-mailed the 'support team' as quoted in the website and was promised a reply within 24 hrs but 72 hrs later, there's still no news about it. I'm totally irked by all this hassle that i have to go through and am extremely upset that this could actually happen. I hope that they realize that using unauthorized cc information of another party is a SERIOUS breach of law! I'm going to keep following up on this matter coz this is a TOTAL RIP OFF company!!! and i want my money back!

Unauthorized charges
This is outrageos and a complete scam, this company charge my credit card for an unwanted product, I requested the free trial and in no place stated that I was going to be billed after 14 days. this product does not work and is not FDA approved, i showed it to my Gastroenterologist and he was very concerned because instead of helping my system in the long run can cause a lot of colon related conditions.

I nned $89.95 put in my checking account. This was not authouized. I am unemployed and this withdrawal messed my account. I need immediate action on this issue.

Deducted money
yep..they took out of my account without authorization as well. i don't recall their policy and i am certainly not receiving any more of their products since they took out the $89.95. i am livid! they only take email requests and noone over the phone will talk with you.

unauthorized withdrawl
IDS Colon charged my account 88.95 twice without my permission. I want credit of 177.90 for the two withdrawls immediatley. I asked for a free 15 day supply and knew I was going to be charged shipping. I then received 2-15 day supply orders, one which I did not ask for and two weeks later was charged. I got the free trial bottle for $5.95. then they took $89.95 out of my account without permission! at the time of purchase they stated nowhere that they were going to charge you $89.95! I demand a refund! thats false advertisement!
