While applying for a loan, my account was debited $33.98 on 5/7/09, when I noticed this charge and pulled up my bank information so I could find out who, I determined that I was able tocancel and receive a refund which was processed on 5/8/09. To date have been given serveral excuses on when the funds would be processed back into my account. Told I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days even though 5/18/09 has been 7 days. Spoke to a supervisor who hung up on me due to my insistance that I be refunded my money. This company is a ripoff and should be banned from the practice of unauthorized access to consumers account information.

I went on line to get a loan and this company took my information from my application, (they told me this on the phone), and withdrew $31.85 out of my account.

I don't mind paying for what I order/receive, but I didn't order nor do I want your product.

Please refund to my account the amount you withdrew.

I recently found a charge of 31.95 removed from my checking account. I found it was removed by Id theft.com. Apparently I filled out an application for a payday loan and somehow without my knowledge or in error signed up for id theft protection. I cancelled the id theft as soon as I realized what happened. They told me I could not have a refund because I had submitted all the information. They said that if it was proven that it was fraud a refund would be given. I believe I have a right to cancel a service if it was entered in error and a refund should be given. I also believe I have the right to cancel a service or contract within 7 days and a refund should be given. I am interested in a class action suit if there are other people with the same problem. on 6/09/08 a charge was made for 6.78. on 3/11/08 there was an 31.98 charge to my checking account unauthorized by me. Over the past few months there are numerous charges like this that have caused me to go into the overdraft with my checking account. I want the money refunded immediately. I will consider a lawsuit.
