idtheft.com took funds from my account without my consent i would like them debited back to my account. there charge was on my statement three times.

Refund denied
I was accused of not reading the small print on a payday loan application--since I did not check the box yes or no they went ahead and put me on the stuff charging my account $31.85. I called and they told me it would be refunded in 72 hours. After a week I continued to call will them wanting more info until they finally told me after 3 weeks and a bunch of over drawn costs that my refund was denied because I did not check yes or no.

unauthorized money taken from bank account
went to get a payday loan, idtheft came up did not sign up for it, did not go through with the loan, idtheft took $31.95 out of my account without authorization, leaving my account short and causing a fee of 37.50, I want this returned also.

Took money out of my account w/o permission
This company stole money from my account without my permission. I applied for a payday loan over the internet and gave out my bank info and they took advantage and went into my account.

unauthorized deduction from bank account
unauthorized deduction from my bank account, talked to my bank and IDtheft, bank will charge me 39.00 which i cannot afford, ID theft is to take off my account, said they will refund 39.00 (I don't believe that)
The internet is tricky, you really have to read and understand what is going on when you go into it. I am really mad

A charge of $31.98 and an overdraft fee of $39.00 from my bank. Now my account is seriously messed up.
I did not authorize these charges to my account; and to top it off; now my account is overdrawn. I expect a prompt refund in the amount of $70.98 which includes the $31.98 they wrongly charged me for not-a-thing and a overdraft charge from my bank.

they took out $ 61.96 out of ym account, not authorised it . why are they ripping people offf.
