unauthterized
my bank account was charged twice for something I didn't authorize $ 19.95 and $ 31.98. If I do not receive this money back into my account by 6 AM on 7/26 I will file a class action laws suit . This well be my finale attempt. If you do not comply then you will suffer the ramification of your actions. And if anyone else who has read this you may contact me about this laws suit.

Unauthorized money withdrawal
This company took $31.98 twice out of my account by sneaking a little notice on cash advance places. I'm on a fixed income and this hurt. I am a disabled veteran so I get a check for that and then I'm on Social Security Disability so I get check there.

Scam and cheating
I had no idea I had signed up for anything concerning ID theft. I filled out an online loan application, and suddenly got an email that I would be billed 31.98 a month for ID theft protection! I immediately called the phone number provided and got someone that barely spoke English. She gave me a cancellation number an a website to request a refund. She was obnoxious, rude and not helpful. Is there something we can do about this? The only protection I NEED is from the idtheft people!
