I am on a fixed income and found this charge I didn't authorize on my bank statement. I called the number listed with the charge and was told to come to this website for the refund but they said they canceled it over the phone and gave me a cancellation number. I still don't see the icon to click to request the refund.

I was told by this company that when I was applying for a loan that I applied for ID THEFT. NOT TRUE. I do not recall. Next thing I know one day I am checking my bank account and there is this withdraw from an ID theft company. I was back and forth trying to contact them via e-mail and by phone. I had a very hard time. I finally got someone over the phone and she knew nothing. I was told to fill out a cancellation form and I would get refunded. I checked my e-mail daily, as well as my bank account. I never received a refund. Finally, 2 weeks later I checked the website again about the refund. I was told I could not get my money back which was about 31 dollars and change. I was told that the information they have is not fraud. All the information matches my name. I understand that, but I did not sign up for ID theft and just want my money back. I have not heard anything. I am very upset, I believe that is fraud.

www.idtheft.com been take out 31.98 my check account with out my approval for last 4 months, This month took out 63.98.I never sign up for this sevice. I call 1866-886-1277 waite 20 minutes, Talk TO man, he said to go to there web sites fill cancel form, there no cancel forms on the web sites.

i do not know this company is or how they got my account info but I did not authorize them to charge my bank account. Thet say I have to fill out this form to get my money refunded, I am so upset and confused.
