refund
im in the same situation. i refilled out 1 of theirloan application online at last chance payday loans but didnt go throught with it. i noticed 2 days later i was billed for something i known nothing about. i called them and they gave me a cancelation #395-3625 and told me to go to their web site idtheftrefund.com. i waited 3 days to be declined refund of my money. imagine being declined something thats yours. i called my bank and they are putting in a disputed on the situation. i wanted to know what i can do to make them pay from wrongly taking people money from their accounts.

took out 33.98 without my consent
You took out $33.98 out of my account without my consent. You even sent so far as to tell my bank I sent you a check. I don't even have any checks. I talk to someone on the chat line (Kelly). She said she cancled the account. My cancelation # is 3669636. When will I get my money back??????????????????????????????????? You have already sent me into overdraft $30.00 and $5.00 aday. So far it's over $60.00. You must send my money NOW!!!

They took 31.95 out of my checking acct. when I recently applied for a loan. To my knowledge it was a error and refused the loan anyway but got charged 31.95 and th e company refuses to give it back.2

Unauthorized withdrawal from my Bank Account
I saw that $31.98 was withdrawn from my account. I finally tracked down the company information, idtheftprotection.com. I opened their website to find out who they are, since I had never heard of them before. I called the customer service number and spoke to a person with a phony name. I told him that I absolutely had never heard of their company and definately DID NOT authorize them to withdraw any funds from my account.
He said that my information was obtained online when I attempted get a loan with a company. He said that in order to be able to get a loan with the company I applied with, they set me up on their program and all he can do now is 'cancel my service' so that there are no further charges.
There should have never been a charge to begin with and I told him I wanted my money back. He said they cannot return the payment, since I filled out an application for a loan. I just don't get that whole explanation.
I called my bank and advised them that this is a withdrawal that I did not authorize. I will have to go to the bank to fill out paperwork to have it removed and they will investigate this.
Bottom line this is just another low life, underhanded company ripping off people!

Unauthorized wiyhdrawl
I was told I signed up for this service when I applied for a loan on the internet and it was an error. I never agreed to this service and am being charged for this. It is being automatically withdrawn from my account and I am being overdrawn because of it. I was told to go to this site for a refund and this is what I got instead. I am furious! This is protection, more like stealing to me.

withdrew money from my acct without my knowledge and i was also charges bank fees for insufficient funds
i applied for a payday loan and idtheft took $31.98 out of my checking acct using my acct numbers from this loan (which i didn't take by the way)and when i was called from my bank saying i had three insufficient fund fees i flipped out i knew i had money in my acct when i used my debit card. i found out this money was taken without my knowledge or approval. i called them and had my name removed from this and demanded my money back and my 3 fees of $37 each. well they approved my $31.98 to be put back into my acct. but i want my $111 also in my acct and every email address i am given to try to contact these people is a hoax because it keeps coming back with a failed sent msg. what am i suppose to do this is alot of money to me to be taken from my acct and wasn't even my overdraft fault. how can i get this money back? they stole from my bank isn't that a federal offense?????
