I submitted my business to your company for promotion last year.
I received a phone call from a representative shortly after submission. However, I could not stop my meetings to speak with him and politely asked for him to call back which he never did.
Three weeks later I receive the nastiest email from your company in a very immature snobbish tone telling me that you only promote companies that are a perfect match. This was incredibly confusing since I received a phone call from one of your reps a few weeks prior! I have translated this to mean that if I don't stop running my business to talk to the kid on the other end of the line then I'm the one at fault! Get real and grow up!
That email was so immature, snobbish and down right rude I can't help think of it when ever I see your commercials or facebook ads (I have emailed facebook and told them NOT to show ads from Living Social on my page).
There are now many professional companies out there that provide the same service as you do who treat everyone with respect such as GROUPON. In my opinion your company has A LOT of growing up to do and companies like GROUPON will leave you in the dust.
I'm going to save this email and post it EVERYWHERE on the internet to let people know how unprofessional, snobbish, nasty, and immature you are.
Don't bother emailing me to patch things up.I won't respond. In my opinion there is Nothing that you can do to change my mind.
This is one user who has a permanently tarnished and negative image of your brand and will tell anyone and everyone I speak to about my experience.
