REGRET TO COMMENT ABOUT IFB SERVICE PERSONNEL.
I have purchased a IFB Digital 6 Kg W/M at Mumbai on 24 Nov. For installation and start demo I have registered a request at call center and fixed up time at 5.30pm on 27 Nov as per convenience of the technician of IFB's outsourced co. M/s Lucky Services.
But even after reminding twice at this service center, no body turned up at the fixed time and date. Rather, I was given some silly excuses for not attaining the service. IFB is requested to maintain the high value and specified time standards through ur timely technical services as they happen to act as a front desk rep of IFB.
