I have IFB Dishwasher (Neptune) and it's under AMC with IFB. 1.5 months back (9th July 2009), I'd put a complain for it's malfunctioning. Technician has visited my place twice, and yet the problem is not resolved. I have been following up with call centres, service centres and regional manager as well, but till date (40 days+), the issue is not yet resolved.
IFB has to improve it's after sales service. I've been using IFB products since alst 14+ yrs, but never faced such issue. If this scenario continues for long, I believe, I have to approach consumer court to resolve my issue.
