Complaint no. has not been provided as there was some system error.
I have booked a complaint stating that "Water leakage at the bottom of my washing machine and it is tearing my cloths" It tore almost 5 cloths. The complaint has been booked almost 1 month before and the service engineer has attended after 20-25 days. The engineer found that the door rubber got damaged due to improper installation with out taking a thermocoal at the beginning and he told he would replace the rubber in two days as my machine is under warranty. But nobody have come even after 1 week and i called up to customer care again, they told it should be sorted out with in 24 hrs, but till now there is no response. Can you pls advice what should i do. I never saw this kind of worst service in my life.
