ZERO RESPONSE TO REGSITERED COMPLAINT

THIS IS TO BRING TO NOTICE THE HUGELY DISAPPOINTING AND POOR RESPONSE BY IFB SERVICE CENTRE. AFTER ATLEAST 6 CALLS, BEING GIVEN A COMPLAINT NUMBER 4443552 IFB - NO TECHNICIAN HAS COME HOME TO FIX OUR MAXIDRY 550 DRYER MACHINE. WITH EVERY CALL THERE SEEMS TO BE FALSE "GENUINE" REASSURANCES ABOUT THE SERVICE. THIS SORT OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE MAKES US WONDER WHY WE CHOSE IFB IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Dryer not working

We are purchases IFB Maxi Dry 550 past one year before. know dryer is not working so many time we are complint registrer in customer care. Date of Complint 25.12.09 No: 3653546, Customer Code No: 2064667 But Still nobody action for the compliant . we are rember the customer care he is toled our engineers call you but nobody call. please take immediate action.
