I cant able to contact call center because of no details about call center number
Past 1 week my machine had got a complaint. I cant able to contact call center because of no details about call center number. The number in the manual ia also not working. So I cant able to reach. After I reached call center number also, I cant able to register my complaint because the number is busy always.After voice mail also no one is picking the phone.

Such a lethargic attitude from a reputed company like IFB is not in good taste
I have a fully automatic IFB washing machine which is under AMC for 2 years. I have lodged a complaint on 23 Nov 08 regarding its unserviceability (complaint no.2453620). But till date neither it has been repaired nor a satisfactory reply is being given by the service centre at Kannur(Kerala). Such a lethargic attitude from a reputed company like IFB is not in good taste.

Since the date of purchase the machine has the problem
Since the date of purchase the machine has the problem. It vibrates more and jumps while rinsing the clothes and it cannot be used for washing clothes.I was following this with the Viveks where I bought this machine they did not help. Then I complained IFB customer care with ticket ID 2171883 on 11th sept. Servie executive had come here checked the machine and told the machine is faulty and should be replaced. I have not received the replacement yet.

They are closing call with out attending
I was lodged complaint through IFB customer care on 24 Oct at that time washing machine was in warranty, even after giving multiple call they are attended the problem. And also they are closing call with out attending.

Awful, awful, awful
My washing machine showed an error in functioning this August. Immediately I lodged a complaint with the IFB at this toll free number -18604255678. I have an annual maintenance contract till 23/02/2008. The person from the IFB reported at my house within a week.

He informed me that one of the washers had to be replaced.He went back promising to return without delay to repair the system. However the man turned up only after repeated enquiries and almost the lapse of three weeks. He repalced the damaged part of the machine and went back without waiting to check if the machine had been rendered functional.

The machine was still not functioning properly and so I contacted the IFB again at 484-6529110 The lady who took my call said that the man would report without delay, but the man turned up only after three days. He started repairing the machine but said that the part had to be replaced again . He came back after one week and startede the repair, but then he said that the part he had brought was broken and that he would return the next day itself to finish the repair. He left the washing machin in a dismantled condition. This was on 15/10/08. The man has not reported till date.

Nothing, but problems and waste of time
I ordered the IFB washing machine as gift to my sister thru Internet(www.ifbhomeapplainces.com) thinking that service and quality of delivery than any other e-shop. When it was delivered and given demo, the service person found that water injection hose had some problem, after two days he came back with replacement hose, but he found few more problems and suggested to replace the whole washing machine piece. After repeated complaints thru Internet and calling customer care, they replaced a new piece after one long month.

After all the resorts have been touched, the company still doesn't replace the machine
I had bought the washing machine in november 2007 and since the date of installation there was a problem of vibrations(movement of machine) in the machine. The service engineer on his first visit came and balanced the machine by adjusting the rubber feet under the machine. After being levelled the machine was shown once to be levelled by bypassing the further cycles and the service engineer left. The problem curbed up the very day the machine was serviced and levelled properly. In fact the machine kicks out at the start of spin dry cycle and moves all the way until one member of my family volunteers -holding the machine till the dry cycle is finished. I have since then lodged complaint after complaints at 18604255678 and get a service engineer at my doors to attend the problem for no avail. 7 months have now gone and the machine still runs in marathon at each spin dry cycle. The service engineers have leveled the machine repeatedly, applied rubber pads, changed the motor, the motor control unit, the motor shock absorbers etc.. Now after all the resorts have been touched, the company still doesnt replace the machine. The call centre assured me that the machine will be replaced by 8:30 AM on 9th may 2008. No body came not a phone call either. The local people assured me that the machine shall be replaced under any circumstances today i.e. 14 th May 2008 by 10:00 AM. No phone calls from him as usual and when i called up he says an improvised motor replacement has been shipped from Goa office as per directions of superiors and the same shall be done day after tommorrow i.e. friday 16th of may. I have now started to have an illusion that my washing machine has become an R&D equipment and the top officials are either fooled by lower staff or the policies of IFB are such.

I have been making at least 10 calls a day, but not getting any response from the Service Center of IFB
I bought the Sanorita Plus washing machine 2 years back and I had to lodge the service request the very next day. Since then I have already lodged around 100 complains till date for various issues of the machine. Since last 2 months the washin machine is lying idle without being fucntional as IFB Engineers are not able to find a fault. I have been making at least 10 calls a day, but not getting any response from the Service Center of IFB. I do not know how to proceed from here.

I will ensure I never buy another product from IFB
Under warranty, a fine product (atleast projected so) breaks down. Customer keeps calling the call centre and is given dates after dates, with no one visiting. Finally when one losses their temper, the reason revealed is " your call was MISSED"

I am at a loss to understand how organisations can be so customer agnostic. I am a Senior Vice President for Customer Relationship Management of a US company in India, and I am sorry to see this happen. While, we will push and get someone to finally come, what has this experience really resulted in? Read on...

1. I will ensure I NEVER buy another product from IFB, BOSCH or any associated company.
2. I will convince every friend of mine whether or not she was in the buying process to ever touch a IFB BOSCH product.
3. I will write on every website about how pathetic the IFB BOSCH service is
4. I will write to the senior most management in great detail about my pain - in fact my Executive Assistants KRA this month will be to search and find out every senior IFB BOSCH official and write letters to them in India, ASia Pacific, and Germany
5. I will be applying to the CONSUMER COURTS for compensation for damages on harrasment

NOW IS THIS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL LISTEN????

No one has yet come - pls send some responsible person to resolve our issue!!!
