Machine is not working properly since the very first week of purchase
We have raised the complaint of Machine not working properly very first week of purchase. Regularly after the logging of complain to our dealer /IFB service center, we approached to know the status and solution to get the problem rectification but till date we are in same situtation. Organization like IFB is not able to give us the concerte solution. Today situation is at the worst side. For your informatio the problems are:
1. Lock of Door is broken(Service engg. when visited our place he said that this machine will work without lock dont worry we will soon replace the lock till that time please support us, and this the case of the month of june 07 till date we are waiting for him.
2. Water Outlet is junction is broken as per IFB Engg. it cannot be repalced and can only fix it with some adhesive.as it is made of Plastic.
3. Frequently sound occuring at the time of Spinning.and also clothes get torned.
There are many other problems that was highlighted to your engg as well as customer service center at the time of call logged.

Our microwave is not working and IFB has not responded to our complaints
The IFB microwave we purchased in April 07 has stopped working for the second time since purchase. The last complaint registered with IFB (Complaint No. 1382426) on 9th Dec 07 has not been resolved. Our microwave is still not working and IFB has not responded to our complaints.
Shame on such a reputed organization.

I have been using this washing machine for past 1 year and al teast one problem will occur once in 15 days
I have been using this washing machine for past 1 year and al teast one problem will occur once in 15 days. I had never seen such a worst washing machine in my life time and this the highest price range of washing machine. I have a strage problem in my machine and if i put any wet cloth the door will not close. But with the same cloth if i try after 1 hr it will work. And all of a sudden one day water came out from the bottom of the machine. I complained the same thru customer service and no one has attended so far since Nov 1st. I just want to throw away this washing machine in front of theri face and ask them to keep this as a demo so show that this is the wrost design they had ever made. What the hell i dont know and i had spent 27, 000 rupees for this junk machine whereas we get good machines for just 17000 too. It has a worst program button and the button has gone atleast 15 times in this 1 year. Purposefully i went to a shopping centre and searched in all other brands whether they have such buttons. I did not see any models with such button and the nob is too small and it is made in plastic.

This shabby service, in spite of being under AMC is unacceptable
We have a IFB Washing Machine (Front loading type) purchased in 2000. The machine is under AMC continually. There was a complaint of water over flowing from the machine reported nearly a month back. There is no clear information on the reason for the fault and there is no effort to repair the fault.
The machine is dismantled and kept in pieces by your AMC team at my home. This shabby service, in spite of being under AMC is unacceptable. We are looking at taking up this in consumer forum. This mail is to check whether any one sensible is there in your organization who has some attitude to understand a customer complaint.
You may calls in our landline number and find out what is wrong with your product & how horrible is your service set up.

IFB WASHING MACHINE WAS REPAIRED
Complaint number 4785703, Model AW60-8061, SR.NO.90803143, Dealer name: vasanth &co, we bought the washing machine on 17-10-2009, on 10-7-2010 the machine was not working so i have given the complaint on that day itself, but til today it is not working, i have spoken to the customer care people they send one operator his name is hari, his mobile number is 9551698165, he said some part was repaired, til now he is not given the parts of the machine ... one month is going to complete .. stil no action has been taken... we are in the guarantee period, please take the action as soon as possible

IFB Washing machine not working
Respected Madam/Sir,
We have purchased a IFB washing machine MODEL NO.7233 from Bhatia Electronic Lab, Rohtak(haryana) on march 2, 2009, invoice no. is 3793.But to our great disappointment it did not meet our expectations as it was found defective.We have been calling up the respective company but till date no action has been taken.
We have already registered our complaint regarding the IFB washing machine.On may18, 2009 an engineer had arrived but the repair done was not satisfactory.The parts are not fully replaced and the replaced parts are not original.We are really fed up of complaining again and again.As from nearly last two and a half months we have been continuously complaining and till date no strict attention has been paid to this, we DONOT want to get the machine repaired.EITHER exchange the piece or we request the company to return the money paid by us to the company.
WE ARE SICK AND TIRED OF THE SERVICE
The motor of the machine has stopped working. How Pathetic!
We really need the piece to be replaced now as it has completely stopped working now.No buttons on the machine are working and we are really fed up of the IFB service.
All fake promises these IFB people make.
Last time the engineer came and repaired the machine and just after 1 day the part from bottom of the machine have came out.
Not only this, the machine makes some funny noises as if coins are thrown into this.
We want the machine to be replaced now.if the engineer comes now, it would be his 7th visit.
HOW IRRITATING AND FRUSTRATING!!!
SHAME ON U IFB COMPANY...EVEN AFTER 1YEAR REPAIR IT THE SAME PROBLEM.
IF U GUYS HAVE ANY FURTHER RESPECT LEFT PLEASE REPLACE IT...
COULD YOU PLEASE GET THE PIECE REPLACED OR ELSE WE WILL DRAG THE CASE FURTHER.

Replacement of washing machine{AW7233}
Dear Ma'am/Sir
I am Hina Tejwani from East of kailash, New Delhi.This is to inform you that i had bought a IFB washing machine model no.AW7233 from Unique Electronics, central market just four months back on 29 January 2010. I have launched complaints regarding this machine to the customer care almost every month .My customer ID is 2199539 and my complaint no. are 4206810.{near by 28 Feb 2010, 4354228 {last week of March 2010}, and now latest is 4427303 on 25 April 2010.Every time the PCB part is not performing .I had a talk with the service provider named Mr.Gaurav no.{9312885444} also he behaves rudely on the phone and i feel he must learn first how to talk to the customers .
. This is my humble request to IFB company that instead of mending the machine please consider this case to replace this time for customer's well being.

machine not working
i had registered a complaint regarding non working of my machine in oct 2009.the machine was under warranty the technician put the blame on voltage fluctuation and made me purchase a voltage cut off .now on feb 15 2010 the same complaint repeated and the technician places the blame on the mother board.the company has agreed to replace but till today 13/3/2010 the machine is underrepair .this is the reputation of customer satisfaction of ifb indusrties/congatulations to the bosses of ifb .

I own a IFB wasing machine that my father bought before 10 years from a registered shop.up to last half an year we had no complaints about this product. but now their new service station start at kasargod in kerala. one day a problem occured for the machine that it runs with heavy sound and jerking. i registered the complaint and one technician came and told that its bearing had gone and need to get replaced. he replaced it and it costs around Rs 800. after 2 or 3 months again the same sound and jerking came and i again registered the complaint and other technician came and told that its drum got damaged and the only solution is to replace it. we told ok and ordered for a new one.after 3 or 4 weeks he came again with new drum and replaced the bad one.it costs around Rs.2500. after that in one month again the same problem occured and i registered and the same technician came and told that the bearing had gone. the technician came was having only that much knowledge and the problem occured when he was replacing the drum. now the are simply telling that they will come next day when each and every day i called. i called customer care and also they told thet they will inform and nothing happens till now.i want to inform you this problem of a customer.

Machine always giving problems..
HI! I had bought the IFB Senorita DX 5.5 kg model in Chennai Tamil Nadu, with confidence that IFB manufactures the best washing machines for which people have no complain for years together. But I'm really disspointed as its not been 1 year up also and I've had a problem with the working of the machine every month till date.
I really want the company to take back this defective peice and return me my money.
Another complaint is that the dealer from whom i purchased it, IFB Point, at the time of purchase had promised that we will recieve a 700RS. free kit from the company directly which even after me making several calls to the call center and the dealer i have still not recieved it till date.
