Technician came and changed the drum but it was not done properly as there is gap between drum and the door. Due to his negligence the cloth getting through the gap got struck in the water outlet leading the water to overflow through detergent dispenser tray. (This was done on 2nd July 09.) We are terribly upset about your service and response.
